A professor of management at USC’s Marshall School of Business,Reardon delves deeper into the world of politics that one can ascertain she initially explored in The Secret Handshake, which I have not yet read.
In this book, she demonstrates how important successfully navigating office and work politics are in career success and advancement, offering 15 principles and many specific examples to help guide the reader.
